Hedman has manufactured long and mid-length tube headers for Chevy Tri-Fives for decades, so designing a good fitting, great performing set of headers for popular LS engine swaps is nothing new.
These premium long tube LS swap headers fit 1955-1957 Chevy Tri-5 Cars (150, 210, Belair, Nomad). They are built using T304 stainless steel flanges, primary tubes and collectors. The smooth flowing, 1-7/8 in. diameter, CNC mandrel bent tubes are hand-welded by our welding craftsman, to ensure each pair is identical to the next. The stout 3/8″ header flanges ensure a great seal that will resist warping, and the high-flow 3 in. race collectors ensure unimpeded exhaust flow for maximum performance.
